Build Alaska’s Expertise: Marzano’s Evaluation Model and The Art and Science of Teaching

SERRC is joining Learning Sciences International in hosting a conference to “Build Alaska’s Expertise:  Marzano’s Evaluation Model and The Art and Science of Teaching”.   This conference can help fill in gaps in your district’s implementation.   We also hope to build a professional learning community among and between all of us in the state to help support each other and build each other’s capacity to implement this instructional framework and professional growth/evaluation model with fidelity and effectiveness.

The conference will be held in Anchorage on Jan. 26, 27, 2015 at the Hilton Hotel and Conference Center.  These two days follow on the heels of the RtI Conference in Anchorage.

The Early Bird special for registration ends THIS FRIDAY, DEC. 5, 2014. We have a special discounted rate for teams of 5 or more. Register by clicking here.  There is also a SERRC webpage with more details about the conference and other resources for professional development around teacher evaluation.
